Art Journaling

Mixed Media Art Journaling is the practice of making personally meaningful art… in a journal. No actual journaling required (unless you want to, of course!)  This introductory class offers a chance to approach art and creativity in a very low-pressure way - no drawing skills or previous art experience needed. We’ll learn about and experiment with color, collage, paint, ink, stamps, stencils, layers, embossing, weaving, fiber, fabric, and more. Intro to Art Journaling classes will each start with an inspiration page that teaches specific techniques or strategies, so you’ll learn something new with each class, and you’ll create your own original artwork every time. All are welcome!  Bring your own art journal or purchase one from us (for an additional cost of $15).
